The coffee is meticulously processed and meticulously sourced from approximately 300 to 500 farms in the Rwenzori mountains. Consequently, the farms are grouped into specific areas to manage and source the coffee effectively.

Nestled in the heart of East Africa along the shores of Lake Victoria and intersecting the equator, Uganda has been hailed as the 'Pearl of Africa.' Sir Winston Churchill, marveling at its "magnificent variety of form and color, profusion of brilliant life, and its vast scale," bestowed this endearing description upon the country.

Uganda benefits from a bi-modal rainfall season and high altitudes, fostering a consistently pleasant climate year-round and vibrant greenery throughout. While the mountain ranges in the east and west are the bastions of Uganda's Arabica farmers, the central plateau specializes in robusta cultivation. The Ugandan government views coffee production as a pivotal driver for rural development, actively promoting its growth.

Renowned as the 'Mountains of the Moon,' the Rwenzoris stretch approximately 120 kilometers along the Western Border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Bukonzo tribe meticulously tends to this region's coffee, harvesting cherries by hand and employing careful selection techniques to ensure only ripe cherries are picked.
